If the no sound problem is still present even with directx re-installed, you should follow other ways from bellow for DOOM Eternal Windows version. Any alternative wouldn't have been as intricately interwoven with the game's content. But if that solution cannot fix the no sound issues, you have also other ways to fix no sound problems.
